About the event
A training programme combining live online theory with a practical laparoscopic surgery course in Granada, delivered by Francisco Pérez Duarte.
The practical course will take place on 5 and 6 November 2026 at the Centro de Simulación Clínica Avanzada de IAVANTE, Av. Doctor Jesús Candel Fábregas, 21, Granada.
Live online theory
The seminar covers laparoscopic suturing, gastropexy, colopexy and abdominal hernia repair; laparoscopic cholecystectomy; localisation and dissection of portosystemic shunts; splenectomy, pancreatectomy and hepatectomy.
The recording will remain available for <strong>one month</strong>. The date and time of the online seminar should be confirmed with the organisers.
Registration options
- Online theory only: €50 for members and €150 for non-members.
- Practical course, including theory: €1,600 for members and €1,900 for non-members until october 4th. After october 4th non-members €2275.

09:00–11:00 · Gastropexia y colopexia laparoscópica.
11:00–11:30 · Descanso.
11:30–14:00 · Colecistectomía laparoscópica: técnica convencional y «fundus first». Uso de fluoresceína en cirugía biliar.
14:00–15:00 · Comida.
15:00–16:30 · Pancreatectomía y hepatectomía: técnica con sellador vascular y sutura mecánica.
16:30–18:00 · Reparación laparoscópica de la hernia de hiato y simulación del abordaje del shunt portosistémico.
