About the event
A training programme combining live online theory with a practical laparoscopic surgery course in Granada, delivered by <strong>Francisco Pérez Duarte</strong>.
The practical course will take place on <strong>5 and 6 November 2026</strong> at the Centro de Simulación Clínica Avanzada de IAVANTE, Av. Doctor Jesús Candel Fábregas, 21, Granada.
<h3>Live online theory</h3>
The seminar covers laparoscopic suturing, gastropexy, colopexy and abdominal hernia repair; laparoscopic cholecystectomy; localisation and dissection of portosystemic shunts; splenectomy, pancreatectomy and hepatectomy.
The recording will remain available for <strong>one month</strong>. The date and time of the online seminar should be confirmed with the organisers.

<li><strong>Online theory only:</strong> €50 for members and €150 for non-members.</li>
<li><strong>Practical course, including theory:</strong> €1,600 for members and €1,900 for non-members.</li>

09:00–11:00 · Gastropexia y colopexia laparoscópica.
11:00–11:30 · Descanso.
11:30–14:00 · Colecistectomía laparoscópica: técnica convencional y «fundus first». Uso de fluoresceína en cirugía biliar.
14:00–15:00 · Comida.
15:00–16:30 · Pancreatectomía y hepatectomía: técnica con sellador vascular y sutura mecánica.
16:30–18:00 · Reparación laparoscópica de la hernia de hiato y simulación del abordaje del shunt portosistémico.
