Minimal Courses cancellation policy:

• The cancellation must always be done by writing to formacion@minimal.vet
• For cancellations received with an advance equal to or greater than 20 days of the celebration of the course, the total of the registration will be reimbursed.
• For cancellations received less than 20 days before the course is held, only 50% of the total enrollment will be reimbursed.
• If the student can not attend the course, you can transfer your registration to another veterinarian as long as you communicate more than 48 hours in advance.
• In case of not covering all the places the organization reserves the right to cancel the course, as well as to modify the date of it if necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organizers. The organization would reimburse the total amount of the registration, but would not be responsible for transportation costs, accommodation or other expenses derived from the student’s attendance
